With a passion for practical beauty and a deep respect for how people live, Curt Peerbolte brings over two decades of design experience to every home plan at Peer House Design LLC. As the founder and chief designer, Curt is the creative force behind the company’s signature style—where thoughtful layouts, timeless aesthetics, and real-world functionality come together.

Curt’s approach is grounded in listening first. He understands that every family, builder, and site is unique, and his designs reflect that—striking the right balance between form and function, aspiration and affordability. His background spans custom residential design, construction knowledge, and architectural planning, giving him a well-rounded perspective that clients and collaborators trust.
